Cassey Ho's innovative approach to training has grown into one of the greatest female-focused online fitness empires—Blogilates—since she posted her first video on YouTube in 2009. Though the practices revolve around Ho's POP Pilates class, which combines pop music and pilates exercises to produce a more danceable practice, there is a broad range of videos accessible, ranging from single-song challenges to 20+ minute workouts. Except for the optional (but highly suggested) yoga mat, each video requires no equipment. What's the best part?
