Bombaim Waterfall
The Bombaim Waterfalls are two waterfalls nearby each other, surrounded by the lush greenery of the rainforest and the tiny village of Bombaim. This waterfall is not as tall or big as Cascata Sao Nicolau Waterfall, but the pools are deeper, and the water is also clean and cool, so tourists will have a chance to take a refreshing bath when they visit this waterfall. Since these waterfalls are less popular than Cascata Sao Nicolau Waterfall, it is less visited. Therefore, it is perfect for those who don't want to be disturbed while exploring and enjoying nature.
The road to the Bombaim Waterfalls is just as challenging as the road to other waterfalls in São Tomé and Príncipe. To get to the Bombaim Waterfalls, tourists will have to travel through a bumpy road. Sometimes, the road could be cut by a fallen tree, a big rock, etc, so remember to pay attention on the way there, and avoid traveling on days when the weather is not the best. But don't worry, since the road is surprisingly easy to walk, and by walking, you might be able to spot some kinds of trees that you've never seen before or take some great pictures for memories.
