Bouchery
Award-winning chef Damien Bouchéry puts his own spin on French cooking with dishes like veal tartare and grilled nectarines, as well as chickpea fries, among the exquisite dishes on the four- to eight-course evening menus. From the bread and butter to the lacto-fermented foods, almost everything is created from scratch. The vegetarian buffet is served on weekday meals.
At Bouchery, the result of a collaboration between a chef and a culinary artistic director, both of whom value aesthetics. They're homemade, like bread, when they're not from local, ethical farmers. Smell the wild herbs in the dishes and desserts...
