La Fabrique

The tables in this beautifully refurbished orangery in Parc d'Egmont are glazed with sunlight thanks to the large windows. La Fabrique serves healthful lunches during the week, such as artichoke salad with cheese croquettes and a wicked suikertaart (sugar tart). The restaurant's massive weekend brunch buffet features roast pumpkin, ricotta and spinach ravioli, smoked salmon with dill, and a variety of eggs.

From Monday through Friday, starting at 9 a.m., La Fabrique welcomes you to join us for coffee and breakfast. From 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., come and enjoy their huge garden for a 100% handmade meal. La Fabrique en Ville, located in the center of Brussels, in the Parc d'Egmont, between the Sablon and the Boulevard de Waterloo, is the ideal place to spend the afternoon with a slice of carrot cake and a handcrafted iced tea. Every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., they serve their famous Brunch.
