Palo Alto
Palo Alto, named after Gia Coppola's hedonistic film, combines real Mediterranean cuisine with a wide gin list, much of which is exhibited in upcycled cupboards. Try the bruschetta tartufata (bruschetta with truffle salsa) or the creamy burrata for an intensive taste of Italy; otherwise, go Spanish with the Catalan beef carpaccio or Chistorra sausage pappardelle.
Located between Avenue Louise and Chaussée Charleroi, the Palo Alto is open Tuesday through Saturday. You will be able to sample both Spanish and Italian food and beverages in Palo Alto (pata negra, bruschetta mortadella, mix of cheeses from the 2 countries). Come discover a genuine location and sample the bubbles on the wine list, as well as surprise Gin range.
