The Jane

The Jane's spectacular two-Michelin-star dining, set in a stunningly repurposed historic military-hospital chapel, is such an astoundingly fantastic experience that you'll need to book three months in advance...on the dot of 8 a.m.

If you're not up for a full night of fine dining, lunch reservations for the more casual upstairs bar room, which looks down on the main restaurant via a massive 900kg starburst chandelier, are a little easier to come by, but you'll still need to plan ahead. Alternatively, you can come in after 10 p.m. on any night for cocktails (€16) or a glass of wine (from €8). The setting of The Jane is off the usual path in a quiet but opulent inner suburb.
