Brik Oven
In Bengaluru's Church Street, two gourmet friends—one a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef and the other a tax analyst—decided to launch a pizzeria in 2015. Handmade wood-fired-oven pizzas, inspired by a classic Naples recipe, quickly became the company's claim to fame. Brik Oven now offers three locations in Bengaluru, as well as a direct delivery option. Aside from pizzas (of which there are over 15 varieties), the restaurant also serves ciabattas, salads, desserts, and a lengthy range of milkshakes. It also sells artisanal bread, mozzarella, and ricotta produced by hand. To top it off, Brik Oven has now released DIY pizza kits (available only through direct delivery), which include freshly kneaded dough and an organic San Marzano tomato sauce.
