Bulletstorm: Duke of Switch Edition

Bulletstorm is a first-person shooter video game released in 2011 by Electronic Arts. It was developed by People Can Fly and Epic Games (EA). The game is notable for its method of awarding players with "skill points" for progressively imaginative kills. Bulletstorm lacks competitive multiplayer options, instead opting for cooperative online play and scoring assault games. Grayson Hunt, a space pirate, and former black operations commando is shot down on a war-torn planet while attempting to wreak revenge on General Sarrano, his former leader who duped him and his soldiers into committing war crimes and assassinating innocents.

The game earned excellent reviews from critics who commended its location, visuals, action, tempo, and gameplay upon its release in February 2011 for Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 but was panned for its plot, writing, and multiplayer modes. It sparked a lot of debate on its initial release due to its depiction of violence. Bulletstorm was a commercial flop for Epic Games and Electronic Arts, selling only one million units by 2013. Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition was published in April 2017 by Gearbox Publishing for Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, with a Nintendo Switch version following in August 2019.
