Buttermilk & Bourbon
The restaurant offers a lively, inviting ambiance with an original American menu that draws on the distinctive charm of the South. Santos uses Buttermilk & Bourbon to transport visitors to the Bayou by drawing on his passion of New Orleans and everything Southern. Erica Diskin of Assembly Designs created the restaurant, which features tin ceiling tiles, brick walls covered in New Orleans-inspired murals, a large center bar ideal for maximizing customer and bar staff interaction, and divided dining rooms with a variety of ambiances for guests to enjoy that also serve as private dining rooms. Additionally, there is a complete bar with lounge chairs, an interactive oyster bar, and a patio with 40 seats.
Pork belly cracklings, BBQ shrimp, house-made biscuits, oyster chowder, crispy boudin, and house-fried chicken served with sweet and sour, white, or sweet-and-spicy BBQ sauce are among the menu items available to guests. In addition to serving a selection of local oysters, an oyster bar also offers peel-and-eat shrimp. At Buttermilk and Bourbon, you'll find Hurricanes on tap, large-batch cocktails, and a variety of bourbon-based drinks.
