According to Chef Stephen Bukoff, this upscale brunch idea at the recently refurbished The Langham, Boston, is a "over-the-top brunch experience to celebrate life's great and small milestones." The price of the prix-fixe brunch menu is $72, which includes one meal and four starters (such as an arancini, a smoked salmon bagel, and polenta waffles). On Saturday and Sunday, seatings for the family-style, coursed meal are available from 11:30am to 2:15pm with reservations. Try the Tomato Tomahto, a house-made bloody mary mix, vodka, and ancho verde beverage that pays homage to the Boston accent.
