Stillwater
Stillwater is a restaurant serving comfort food with a modern twist that is tucked away in downtown Boston. The lively setting is filled with fancified classics and inventive cocktails. Chef Sarah Wade, a local expert in gourmet junk food and a Gold Medal winner on Food Network's Chopped, is in charge of the kitchen. She moved to Boston to work as the executive chef at Lulu's Allston and is now bringing her skill in junk food and kicking it up a notch in her own unique way; the food is traditional but the flavors are reinvented. On a random Tuesday or a special date night, patrons are invited to unwind and tickle their taste buds with Chef Sarah's seasonal selections mixed with inventive cocktails at Stillwater, a local hangout.
The Kingston Street restaurant serves handmade comfort food with a tinge of the South, and its brunch offerings are no different. Choose from upscale takes on classic dishes like smoked pork mac & cheese, Okie eggs benedict, Texas toast breakfast sandwich, and hot honey chicken and biscuits. Remember to bring drinks! The festive bottle of bubbles serves five people and comes with your choice of juice or the Don Swan, a coffee with rum-spiked foam and an oreo rim.
