At first, the app asks what is your purpose when you use this app (like sleeping better, working less stressfully, being more confident, focusing, and more), from which Calm offers appropriate exercises for each person. These will be guided meditation sessions in the morning/afternoon/afternoon/evening, exercises for 5 minutes/ 10 minutes/ 15 minutes/ 30 minutes..., instructions on how to control your breath and your whole body to feel relaxed, refresh your mental or help get to sleep faster and better.
