Chocolate Nation, Antwerp
Belgian chocolate is, of course, famed for its richness and decadence. As a result, it should come as no surprise that there are several chocolate museums strewn around the country. The mother of these, without a doubt, is Chocolate Nation, the world's largest Belgian chocolate museum, located in Antwerp. During a 60- to 90-minute tour, there are 14 themed chambers to explore. During the tour, guests may learn about how cocoa was transported from equatorial farms to Antwerp.
They will also learn about chocolate's customs, history, brands, products, and innovations that have helped it gain a global reputation. The massive fantasy machine, on the other hand, is one of the museum's centerpieces. This video demonstrates how chocolate is manufactured and where the silky smooth flavor originates from.
Location: Koningin Astridplein 7, Antwerp 2018 Belgium
