Chunichi Dragons
Chunichi Dragons - known as the professional baseball team based in Nagoya, the main city of the Chūbu region, Japan. The team plays in the Central League of Nippon Professional Baseball. In 2011, they won the Central League pennant nine times. In 1954 and 2007 won the Japan Series. In the same 2007, won the champion at the Asian Championship.
In 2012, the Chunichi Dragons competed in the Central League Climax Series, defeating the Tokyo Yakult Swallows in the first three games, but ultimately losing to the Yomiuri Giants in the final six. Although recently, they have not achieved much success, there are still many people who always follow and support them.
