Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters

Hokkaido The Nippon-Ham Fighters are a Japanese baseball team based in Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido. Their most recent top prize was winning the 2016 Japan Tournament. The Pacific League of Nippon Professional Baseball also participated in and played most of its home games at ES CON Field in Hokkaido.


In 2021, the Fighters will replace longtime coach Hideki Kuriyama with former player Tsuyoshi Shinjo. This is the person who won the first Japan Series title in the last match before retiring. In 2022, the Fighters logo and uniform will be revealed.
