COCOS ISLAND

If you are visiting Seychelles, you should take advantage of this opportunity to go snorkeling! Cocos Island is one of the best Seychelles islands for snorkeling. This island, also known as Ile Aux Cocos, is a collection of small islets located in the Seychelles archipelago. They are located 7 kilometers north of La Digue and are near La Digue's other neighbors, Félicité Island, and the Sisters Islands. It has been a marine park since 1996, and it is a wonderful location for snorkeling and diving, as well as a popular destination for day trips from both Praslin and La Digue.

On this island, there is no accommodation. This little islet, like St Pierre, has no hotel options. Instead, its remote location makes it a sanctuary for marine life and schooling fish. If you are lucky, you might even see some green and hawksbill turtles cruising by! Cocos Island is adjacent to Felicity Island, which is frequently visited by people on island hopping or snorkeling excursions.
