D-Antidote
D-Antidote is one of the best Korean streetwear brands, founded in 2014 by designer Park Hwan-sung. The brand is known for its streetwear-inspired collections that combine Korean and Western fashion influences. D-Antidote has gained a strong following among the younger generation in South Korea and has also gained recognition internationally.
D-Antidote is putting slight cyberpunk twists on American sportswear in their mischievous streetwear lines. Introducing subtle variations on basketball jerseys and clever corruptions of Western logos, D-Antidote is fresher than your average gear. Their recent “Space Jam” themed collection is the perfect example of propelling classic athletic garb into the future with interesting proportions and unexpected colorways.
D-Antidote's collections often feature bold graphics, oversized silhouettes, and a mix of bright and muted colors. The brand often incorporates Korean streetwear elements, such as hanbok-inspired designs and traditional embroidery techniques, into its collections. D-Antidote has also collaborated with a range of other brands and companies, including Fila, Reebok, and Puma.
The brand has a number of standalone stores in Seoul, and is also stocked in select department stores and boutiques in South Korea and internationally. D-Antidote has been featured in a range of fashion publications, and has won several awards, including the Concept Korea Award at New York Fashion Week in 2019.
