Dagon University
Dagon University, in Yangon's North Dagon neighborhood, is one of Myanmar's largest institutions. The institution, which was founded in 1993, provides full-time, part-time, and online students bachelor's and master's degrees in liberal arts and sciences. Dagon University also has a four-year full-time law school. The university's campus, which spans 1,582 acres (6.40 km2) on the outskirts of Yangon, is one of the country's largest.
Dagon University, which is classified as an Arts and Science University in the Burmese university system, provides bachelor's and master's degree programs in a variety of liberal arts and sciences fields. Regular Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) degrees require four years to complete, while honors degrees BA (Hons) and BSc (Hons) take five years to accomplish. The law program also takes five years. The university also offers an online program.
