E.A.K. Ramen

E.A.K. Ramen aka Machida Shoten in Japan, started back in 2008 in Machida city, Japan.

This is the first store to realize IEKEI's goal of spreading IEKEI's ramen style to the world. With the aim of becoming a store loved by everyone, especially locals. They want to provide the best possible ramen, service and atmosphere to their neighbours. With this in mind, they began their mission to spread IEKEI to the world.

Currently, they operate throughout Japan, Asia and parts of Europe. After capturing a major part of Japan, they decided the time was right to cross the Pacific and enter the US market. So far, the United States has been introduced to a limited number of ramen styles. Some shops tried to recreate the IEKEI style, but because it was so different, it didn't work.
