Zauo

The Zauo "fishing restaurant" network was established in 1986 in Japan and has 13 restaurants here. Founded by brothers Kazuhisa and Takuya Takahashi. The store already has units in major Japanese cities.

And the goal is to expand to cities outside of Japan on a large scale and for reference only. So far, the US has accepted the restaurant concept and has taken over the franchise.

The restaurant is in the shape of a boat with all wooden finishes and structures. On either side of the restaurant, the wall is made in the shape of lanterns and boats to look like real boats.

As soon as they arrive at the restaurant, customers receive fishing rods and after catching fish, the chefs will prepare dishes according to customers' preferences. But what if you don't know how to fish? Don't worry because you won't go without eating your fish, as the staff can help you and even use fishing nets to catch fish faster.
