You pass the display of fish on your way into the restaurant that has been flown directly from Mediterranean fishing boats, the majority of which you have never heard of.

The majority of fish is prepared simply, usually by grilling or broiling it, and it is typically served with steamed or fresh vegetables in order to preserve its great flavor. The chef's tasting menu, which includes a wine pairing, is the most cost-effective option. Ninety percent of the 200 labels' wines, which pair beautifully with fish, are from the Greek islands. Even in a place where there is so much fresh fish to eat, it was a wonderful experience to try something new. Estiatorio Milos is definitely one of the best seafood restaurants in Miami.
