Garcia's Seafood Grille & Fish Market

While your grouper sandwich is being prepared, you may sit on the balcony at Garcia's and watch them haul the fish from their own boat or take in the Miami sunset. To the delight of its devoted patrons, this vintage Miami seafood shack has been open since 1960. It's a great place to eat fresh seafood either indoors on plush banquettes or outside on rustic picnic seats. Choose from their extensive appetizer menu if you want to try a few treats. Grab some fish for tomorrow at their seafood store in the basement before you go.

Fresh seafood is caught off the Florida coast and delivered immediately to their restaurant. Their waters are rich in a variety of resources, and they continue to responsibly acquire their seafood, as they have for the past 50 years.

When famous chef and host Anthony Bourdain made a visit to Garcia's Restaurant when "The Layover" was being filmed, it was one of their happiest moments. Having him around to hear our tale and taste some of our excellent food was a pleasure.
