Exit (2019)

Jo Jong-suk and Im Yoon-ah feature in the 2019 South Korean disaster action comedy movie Exit, which was written and directed by Lee Sang-geun. The movie tells the tale of a mature man who tries to get back in touch with an old flame, but due to a series of unfortunate events, they wind up attempting to flee from an enigmatic white vapor that threatens to consume the entire Seoul area.

Im Yoon-ah plays Eui-joo, a former rock climber and Yong-nam's college sweetheart who now works at the Cloud Garden. Even though Yong Nam was one of the top rock climbers in college, he hasn't had much success outside of that. He has been unable to find employment for a long time and is dependent on his parents to make ends meet. He insisted on holding the party at Dream Garden for his mother's 70th birthday since Eui Ju, an old flame, works there. He must utilize all of his rock climbing talents, assisted by Eui Ju, to get everyone to safety when a catastrophe occurs, filling a whole Seoul neighborhood with an enigmatic white gas.
