The K2 (2016)
Ji Chang-wook, Song Yoon-ah, and Im Yoon-ah are the main characters in the 2016 South Korean drama series The K2. From September 23 to November 12, 2016 for a total of 16 episodes, it had its debut on tvN every Friday and Saturday at 20:00 (KST).
Go An-na or Anna played by Im Yoon-ah. She is Jang Se-joon's daughter, who is kept out of the public eye to save his political career. An-na was deported from Korea as a result of her father's infidelity, and she later lived in a convent in Spain while being constantly watched over by her vile stepmother Choi Yoo-jin. An-na suffers PTSD as a result of her connection to the death of her biological mother in the past, and as a result, she has acquired a social phobia and has panic attacks when there are flashing lights. She travels back to South Korea from Barcelona and finds herself used as a pawn in her stepmother's scheme to manage her husband's political career covertly. Later, she develops feelings for Je-ha.
Former mercenary soldier Kim Je Ha, sometimes known as "K2", finds himself on the run after being falsely charged with the murder of his lover while serving in Iraq. He returns to Korea and accepts a position as a bodyguard for Jang Se Joon's wife, Choi Yoo Jin, the proprietor of JSS Security. Jang Se Joon is a presidential candidate. Je Ha plans to get revenge on Park Kwan Soo, the head of the current ruling party and Se Joon's adversary, whom Je Ha feels was responsible for his girlfriend's murder, using his new position. They start to fall for one other when Je Ha is given the responsibility of watching for Go An Na, the reclusive Se Joon's illegitimate daughter.
