You Are My Destiny (2008)

You Are My Destiny is a South Korean television series that aired on KBS1 from May 5, 2008, to January 9, 2009, for a total of 178 episodes, Monday through Friday at 20:25. The drama, which starred Im Yoon-ah, Park Jae-jung, Lee Ji-hoon, and Gong Hyun-joo, debuted with a rating of more than 20% and continued to rise. It was a big hit overall in Korea and many other Asian nations, reaching a high audience rate of 41.6% in its last episode.

Im Yoon-ah plays milk delivery girl Jang Sae-byuk, who navigates Lohas' design competition. An upbeat and thankful orphan, Jang Sae-byuk constantly gives it her all. Despite her lack of education and financial resources, she aspires to work as an interior designer one day. She loses her sight as a result of an event that occurred before the tale begins (about three years ago) and needs a corneal transplant. When she meets the Kim family, she finds out that they had lost a daughter in a terrible automobile accident that only the father and oldest brother were aware of. The storylines then merge when Sae-byuk encounters the Kims' extended family as well as Lohas, the Korean son of a significant interior design firm.
