Farang - Islington

Farang - Sebby Holmes and the team's original Thai cuisine, presenting the best fresh Thai and British products. In 2016, after returning home from his global travels, Holmes opened a restaurant in his stepfather's Italian restaurant. Since then, his passion project has earned a spot on the National Restaurant Awards Top 100, a Michelin Bib Gourmand designation, and, most crucially, the Thai Embassy's Select Award mark of approval.

When you visit, you must taste the crispy Cornish cod spring roll and the "Yum Têh Gatti Crispy" (without the duck egg, if you're a vegetarian). As for the drinks, a Lucky Buddha beer or a bottle of Thailand's own Monsoon Valley Shiraz Rosé should suffice.
