On a gluten-free diet, grains are the top foods to stay away from. Although not all grains include gluten, many do. The most common type of gluten-filled grains such as bread, pasta, cereals, bagels, muffins, cookies, and cakes. The list doesn't end there, though. Many grain-based products that you haven't thought about have hidden gluten. Grains and gluten are frequently found in foods like croutons, biscuits, tortillas, and noodles, which can trigger unwanted symptoms.
