Foods made with wheat flour, such as bread, cookies, cakes, doughnuts, rolls, bagels, muffins, scones, and other pastries, as well as regular spaghetti and pizza, all include gluten because wheat contains it. White flour, whole wheat flour, pasta, bulgur, spelled, and kamut are some of the various names for wheat that may be found on ingredient labels. If a food label contains any of those words, it is unsafe for a person following a gluten-free diet.
Avoid them if you have gluten intolerance:
