Grande Comore
Grande Comore, officially known as Ngazidja, is an island off the coast of Africa in the Indian Ocean. It is the largest of the Comoros Islands, measuring 60 kilometers across and 20 kilometers wide. It is also the most developed and stable economy. Moroni, one of the most populous towns, is located here. As you travel the island, you'll notice that the contrast between the dark and fascinating solidified lava and the white sand beaches creates a stunningly beautiful landscape. Grande Comore is ideal for honeymooners or couples looking to get away from their hectic lives. The majority of the population lives on the west coast, but traveling south will reveal a beautiful agricultural landscape filled with vanilla, coconut, banana, and cassava plantations.
This is a must-see on your itinerary if you enjoy photography.
