Havang Beach
Havang beach is located on Skne's east coast and is part of a seemingly unending stretch of excellent golden sand to the north of Kivik. This is a magnificent and wild location that is widely recognized as the nicest beach in sterlen. Beyond the shore, there is a lovely rural scene of meadows and trees, with low hills rising in the distance. The Backaleden and sterlenleden trails are part of this rolling countryside that is popular for walking.
Havangsdosen, a particularly spectacular Stone Age burial site overlooking the beach at Haväng. This comprises of a stone chamber with a giant cap stone on top and 16 large standing stones surrounding it. This site is really atmospheric if you visit on the correct day. This is a popular vacation location, with a variety of camp sites, guest homes, and hotels in the region. On the negative side, this means that it can get rather crowded during the summer, but the beach is long enough to absorb the crowds.
