Herb mixtures
Using a combination of fresh herbs with comparable qualities to cilantro may be the most effective technique to recreate its flavor in dishes. Adding a combination of chopped herbs such as dill, parsley, tarragon, and oregano to your recipe may provide unique flavors.
If you run out of cilantro and want to imitate the flavor, start with herbs that have similar flavor profiles, such as parsley, and then add others to enhance the meal. If you dislike the flavor of fresh cilantro, there are other herb combinations that may be used in its stead. Simply add little amounts of herbs that you enjoy and that complement your dish.
