The imposing Hide Restaurant opened in London's upmarket Mayfair last year and has quickly become one of the city's greatest eateries. It cemented its reputation when it received its first Michelin star only six months after its opening. The restaurant's early success may be attributed to a variety of factors, including its amazing wine list, Instagram-worthy surroundings, and inventive food from one of Britain's most skilled chefs, Ollie Dabbous.


The restaurant is a unique idea that is divided into three distinct spaces – Above, Ground, and Below – as well as a number of spectacular private dining rooms. Dabbous' culinary prowess is on display at Hide Above, but until recently, the only opportunity to appreciate it in the evening was through a five or eight-course tasting menu.

Hide The menu at Above changes frequently, but the signature dish is the Nest Egg, an eggshell filled with a mixture of egg yolk, smoked butter, roasted mushrooms, and cream - an amazing little dish that is deserving of its renown.
