Istanbul International Community School
Istanbul International Community School (IICS) is a standout institution, not just in Turkey but globally. It's been around since 1911, educating international students and boasting the honor of being the first school in Turkey and among the earliest worldwide authorized by the International Baccalaureate for all three IB programs for pre-kindergarten to 12th grade.

Istanbul International Community School is renowned for its respected IB programs: the Primary Years Program (PYP), Middle Years Program (MYP), and Diploma Program (DP). Accredited to offer the IB DP since 1996, this program is well recognized by leading universities worldwide.
For students in Grades 11 and 12, the IB DP offers a standardized curriculum and a pathway to university entry. To earn the IB Diploma, students need to accumulate a minimum of 24 points across subjects and engage in TOK, Extended Essay, and Community/Action/Service activities.
