King Faisal University (KFU)

One of the university's key aims was for scientific research to be one of the essential criteria for addressing society's challenges. The university has sought to revitalize and strengthen scientific research in various fields and disciplines since its inception, and has completed more than forty national research projects through intensive activity carried out by colleges and research centers, as well as coordination with other centers from outside the university. It has also published over 2,000 scientific papers in both national and international publications.
Conferences and symposia in scientific and cultural enrichment, as well as community service, have received special attention at the University. It has hosted over 66 local and international conferences and symposia. In addition, its academic members have presented at over 300 scientific conferences and symposiums both domestically and internationally.
