Krushuna Falls
The Krushuna Falls are located near the village of Krushuna in rural Bulgaria. Despite not being on most European travelers' normal tourist routes, the falls provide a magnificent backdrop filled with vibrant colors, rich foliage, and several photo possibilities with spectacular perspectives. Throughout the region, there is also a diverse range of intriguing moss and lichen, each with its own distinct fragrance. The main waterfall rushes downhill for about 65 feet (20 meters) before splitting into many smaller waterfalls. Several routes allow tourists to explore the surrounding region, including a cave that provides access to the waterfall's source. The water in the region is said to have therapeutic benefits for joint, skin, and other bodily issues.
