He's Escoffier-trained and sticks to the classics, but his travels have given him an appreciation for Asian flavors, so expect some interesting tweaks. Because the restaurant is tiny and popular, reservations are required.
Henri Geraci cuisine is steeped in their history, proud of its heritage, yet they are on way to Japan, Taiwan, or Malaysia, far-flung horizons that have profoundly inspired their sense of taste and culinary approach.
