It's their second Jol Robuchon eatery. This is a stunning Japanese restaurant located within the opulent Hôtel Metropole. The dining space is light and subtly playful, and the meals offered are bright, striking, and simple.
Didier Gomez, the interior architect behind the look, is also recognized for designing the Yves Saint Laurent commercial facilities. At Yoshi, Takéo Yamazaki is the head chef, and his Maki, Sushi, and Sashimi, as well as the 'à la Carte' menu, will tempt and delight you.
Nigiris, makis, sashimi, fish or meat cooked in teppanyaki compete in freshness, accompanied by the best sakes, whiskey or Japanese green teas selected by Head Sommelier. Sober and chic decoration, signed by the French interior designer Didier Gomez, the restaurant opens onto a Japanese-inspired garden designed by the landscape architect Jacques Messin.
