The region consists of a nature trail, five waterfalls, and a wildlife sanctuary with more than 100 different types of animals. The preserve also has a Hummingbird Garden, Serpentarium, Frog Exhibit, and Butterfly Observatory. More than 40 different bird species, including toucans and 26 different hummingbird species, marmosets, white-headed capuchin monkeys, black-handed spider monkeys, two-toed sloths, jaguars, pumas, and ocelots, as well as a healthy frog exhibit, may all be found in the gardens.
The La Paz Waterfall Gardens are accessible to the public year-round, and as most of the grounds are self-guided, visitors can customize their experience to include only the things and amounts of the grounds they'd like to view. It's simple to spend an entire day exploring the gardens and waterfalls at La Paz Waterfall Gardens with all the fauna and tropical vistas of Costa Rica to see. It is about one hour from San Jose and the Juan Santamaria International Airport and has a high height of 4000 to 5000 feet, which contributes to its abundance in wildlife. Both rain and cloud forests can be found in La Paz. The largest butterfly garden in the world is one of the most well-liked attractions. You'll also come across an animal sanctuary, five magnificent waterfalls, a frog pond, a beautiful bromeliad garden, and an orchid garden.
