Le Calandre (Rubano, Padova)

Massimiliano Alajmo, the chef of Le Calandre, was the youngest chef to ever obtain a third Michelin star, at the tender age of 28. (in 2002). His cooking is unique and inventive. His plates are presented in an aesthetic manner.

Alajmo's parents founded the restaurant in 1981, and it is now considered one of the greatest 50 restaurants in the world. Everything at Le Calandre has been designed by the Alajmo brothers and manufactured by the best artists and craftsmen in Italy, from the home décor to the fragrances, from the dinnerware to the furniture.
