Le Saka

Le Saka is one of the best restaurants in Madagascar. The restaurant is a Tana institution that strikes the right blend of gourmet French and plain local food. The restaurant is located in a beautiful wooden home that is decorated with vintage black-and-white images and local artwork. Using Malagasy chocolate, the chef creates some impressive treats. Finish your meal with a house rum or a coconut punch. Reservations are required. Dine indoors or beside the pool.

Le Saka restaurant (80 square meters) is welcoming and energetic, serving French cuisine as well as Malagasy delicacies. You may also try handcrafted foie gras, zebu tournedos with green pepper, vanilla Antalaha chicken, red tuna sashimi, Mahajanga Camerons, lobster, surprise Highlands cheeses, and restaurant chocolate specialties.
