Living DNA

Living DNA is one of the world's leading personal genomics companies with a focus on using DNA testing to help transform lives. Living DNA is a DNA testing firm that provides ancestry and wellness tests. The ancestry test combines Y-DNA and mtDNA haplogroup reports with autosomal DNA relative matching to offer a biogeographical ancestry study. A wellness test provides nutrition and fitness reports. The ancestry and wellness tests are available as stand-alone products. There is also a test that combines ancestry and happiness.

"Family Networks" is the relative-matching function of living DNA. In February 2019, it became accessible as a public beta, enabling limited matching with close relatives. In May 2020, extended matching with relatives up to the ninth degree (fourth cousins) became accessible. In June 2019, a texting function was introduced. In October 2017, Living DNA launched the One Family, One World Project. This is a five-year initiative that aims to establish a single global family tree based on people's DNA and to generate the world's first fine-scale genetic map.
