Luidja küla

Luidja küla ranks first in the list of the most beautiful coastal towns in Estonia. The village of Luidja is located in the Estonian island of Hiiumaa's Hiiu County and Hiiumaa Parish. Luidja Bay is situated on the northern coast of the Kpu Peninsula. One of Hiiumaa's most well-known beaches is located in Luidja. A significant landmark is the Luidja alder forest, which was established between 1901 and 1903 as part of an initiative to preserve distinctive sand dunes.

Some of the beaches in Luidja are ideal locations for a beach vacation. The Luidja alder forest is traversed on the route to the beach. There are four beach volleyball courts along the 2.5 kilometers of clean, sandy beach. Events like the Luidja triathlon and the Luidja beach volleyball competition are held on the beach during the summer. There is a way to set up different camps. On the shore, there is a wonderful playground and a swing that are great for both the young and old members of your family. Nearby lies the RMK Luidja camping area. Swimmers are responsible for their own safety since there is no lifeguard present.
