Pärnu
The fourth-largest city in Estonia is Pärnu. Pärnu, a city in southwest Estonia, is 176 kilometers (109 miles) west of Tartu, the country's second-largest city, and 128 kilometers (80 miles) south of Tallinn, the capital of the country. The city is located in the Baltic Sea's Gulf of Riga, which is an inlet of Pärnu Bay. The Pärnu River empties into the Gulf of Riga within the city. Among Estonians, Pärnu is a well-liked summer vacation destination with a big number of hotels, dining options, and beaches. The Pärnu Airport serves the city.
It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the well-known sandy Pärnu beach, which in the summer feels like a village within a town. Every day in the summer, tens of thousands of people go swimming and sunbathing at the beach. Given that the water is shallow and warms up rapidly in the sun, the beach is especially suitable for families with young children. Fun family activities, surf clubs, mini golf, and other amenities can be found at Pärnu Beach. The Pärnu beach promenade, which was renovated in 2021, is the preferred location of lovers in all four seasons. On the promenade, there are currently a number of new eateries and bars that are open until late at night.
