Mändjala küla

Mändjala küla is one of the most beautiful coastal towns in Estonia. On the island of Saaremaa, in the Estonian county of Saare, is the village of Mändjala. It is situated on the northern coast of Suur Katel Bay, about 8 kilometers (5 miles) southwest of Kuressaare (part of the Gulf of Riga). The village was a part of Lääne-Saare Parish before to the 2017 administrative reform.

Given that it faces south and receives warm winds from the south during the summer, Mändjala Beach has some of the warmest waters of any public beach in the world. The beach in Mändjala Camping is a comfortable and secure location for families because the water doesn't get very deep quickly, allowing kids to play in it without danger. Everyone is welcome to use the restrooms without paying a fee, and you may purchase food and beverages in the restaurant Käbi or the beachside tavern Manjaana. After substantial renovations and cleaning, Mändjala was designated as Saaremaa's official swimming beach in 2014.
