Macleod Island: Witness The Bucolic Nature

While you may be exhausted from touring pilgrimage sites all throughout Myanmar, Macleod Island is a decent enough destination to visit. It is located in Myanmar's extreme south and is one of the 800 unspoiled islands in the Andaman Sea. Not only do you get to see an incredible view all around you, but the island is also rich in a vibrant diversity of flora and fauna, which adds to the entire experience of visiting this location. In April, there is also the Water Festival (Thingyan), where everyone comes out to celebrate.
