Ngwe Saung: Laze Around On The Beach
Myanmar beaches aren't the first places that come to mind when considering a trip to the nation. However, these little-known beaches are extraordinarily stunning and have all of the characteristics of outstanding beaches. Palm trees, azure oceans, and light sands provide the ideal setting for languid days in the sun. Ngwe Saung, also known as Silver Beach, is one of the most popular.
The beach stretches for several kilometers, and Ngwe Saung village is located near the northern end; it is home to a number of restaurants that serve a variety of fantastic seafood dishes, including crab, shrimp, lobster, and various types of fish, as well as shops selling locally-produced handicrafts. There are also scuba diving and snorkeling chances if you want to explore the sea. Beaches in Myanmar are best visited between December and April, when the weather is very comfortable. In April, there is also the Water Festival (Thingyan), which attracts a large crowd.
