Miami Beach Bootcamp

If the waves crashing just beyond your workout doesn’t inspire you, what will? Miami Beach Bootcamp operates seven days a week in two locations on Miami Beach. Workouts are donation-based and run by an intimate crew of trained coaches. On a given day, the classes may include balance and stability training, HIIT, and a spiritual component. Many professional athletes and celeb A-listers are fit AF for a reason: They have private trainers whipping them into shape.

Today, science-based partner interval training experience has expanded to six locations throughout South Florida. There are upward of ten sessions available (at $30 per session), and a monthly membership starts at $169. Large muscle groups, joints, ligaments, and tiny muscles you never knew you had, all work together to balance, move and propel you through body weight, cardio, and stability movements on the sand. You will be challenged in new ways, all while enjoying beauty of ocean and open air. The only equipment you need is your body, a mat, and a water bottle. All participants are welcome and can get in a good workout regardless of age or ability. All moves are demonstrated with a low-impact and high-impact version so everyone can participate and get the workout their body needs and can handle. All workouts are donation-based so come and experience the beach and donate from your heart.
