Milad Tower - Iran
Milad Tower is a television tower located in Tehran, Iran. The tower started construction in 1996 and took 11 years, until 2007 to complete with a total construction cost of up to 194 million USD. This tower has a height of 435 m with a pointed roof of 120 m high, having been the fourth tallest tower in the world for a while. It was designed by a group of Iranian engineers with the idea of representing a wonder that combines modern architecture and technology.
Inside the tower includes a convention center, a commercial center, an international hotel, a coin museum, an art gallery, and restaurants and cafes. A special feature here is that the products on display are all handmade products with the bold identity of the people here. You can see the whole scene outside the capital Tehran at the observatory located at an altitude of 315m. Currently, Milad tower is open to welcome guests from 9 am to 9 pm daily with ticket prices from 8 USD or more depending on age.
