Ostankino Tower - Russia

Ostankino Tower is a unique structure located in the city of Moscow, Russia. The tower was started construction in 1959 and completed in 1963 and designed by architect Nikolai Nikitin. Ostankino is a radio and television tower, 540 m high, with a total weight of 30,000 tons. The tower was once the tallest in the world before Canada's CN Tower was built. Until 2006, this was still the tallest structure in Eurasia.

Inside the tower, there is a 7-story restaurant operating, located at an altitude of about 400m. Wouldn't it be interesting to enjoy delicious food and enjoy the view at this location? In 2000, this work encountered a big fire, then had to close for repair for 7 consecutive years. By 2008 it began to be reopened. Visitors can visit from 10 am to 9 pm daily with tickets for adults at 11.5 USD and children at 6.2 USD.
