Mouse (2021)

Mouse is a thriller South Korean television series starring Lee Seung-gi, Lee Hee-joon, Park Ju-hyun, and Kyung Soo-jin. In April 2020, Lee Seung-gi and Choi Jin-hyuk were offered to star in the series. The series was ranked 3rd hottest drama for the first half of 2021 based on KT's online video service (OTT) Seezn.

Mouse imagines a future in which psychopaths experience sorrow and shame for their acts. It follows Jeong Ba-reum (Lee Seung-gi), a loyal police officer whose life is turned upside down when he comes across a psychotic serial murderer. This motivates him and his collaborator, Go Moo-chi (Lee Hee-joon), to investigate the causes of psychopathic behavior. This also begs the issue of whether prenatal DNA testing can detect a psychopath in the mother's pregnancy. And will it be wise to have that child if the infant in the womb is a psychopath?
